There is no doubt the fashion world is changing, clothes which were once for the gym are now worn more at home.  Lots of fashion brands are doing their own range and it seems there is so much choice. Every January we are guided to detox our wardrobe.  I tend to do this not in January but more of as and when needed.  Plus, there are far more better placed individuals to advise on this than me, @suzannesuthersstyling @aliciakiteacademy @jl-emilyg, all providing expert guidance.  For me, all women are individuals and have their own style.  Yes, follow the guidance of those you admire and who dress well but for me it is important to keep your own sense of style. So, in January, yes, reorganise your wardrobe if you wish to, but don’t throw out a piece you haven’t worn for a while.  If it is good quality, it will last for years and fashion tends to revisit trends gone by.  If you really think there is something you won’t wear, then make a visit to a charity shop for someone else to enjoy and helping the environment at the same time. As we know working from home has become more prevalent in our daily lives and perhaps the need for more comfortable clothing is higher on the fashion agenda now.  Still for me the same applies, buy quality and look for sustainability in your purchases.  Look for alternative ways of shopping.  Instagram is a great place. I follow @catherinesmithvintage for inspiration and vintage pieces.  @violetstorehgte is a fantastic place for more contemporary designer pre-loved pieces. Now to our bespoke jackets.  With the rise of the jardigan it got me thinking these are not far removed from the simple, relaxed and comfortable jackets we produce here at JGG Bespoke. I would suggest our jackets are perfect for simple, professional and effective styling at the moment.  They slip on easily over a t-shirt, top or a merino wool fine knit jumper for those Teams/Zoom meetings and an investment piece you can take forward once we return to a different life.  With a JGG Bespoke jacket you can choose your own style your own fabric and dress truly for you. Choosing quality will always be my advice, whether it be jogging pants and/or a bespoke jacket!
